Magani

Why Trust Magani?

A mission-driven initiative

Magani is not a commercial pharmacy—our goal is to improve access, not to make profit. We work transparently to help patients access medications they otherwise couldn't get.

Verified medications from authorized suppliers

We only source medications from trusted pharmaceutical vendors, ensuring high-quality, regulated treatments that meet international safety standards.

Safe & legal ordering

Our service operates in countries where individual medication importation is allowed, ensuring that patients can order their medications legally and securely.

Transparent pricing

We negotiate the best possible prices and provide full transparency on medication costs, shipping fees, payment fees and potential taxes. No hidden costs, no inflated margins.

Backed by the medical and humanitarian expertise of MSF

As a program of Doctors without Borders, Magani is supported by professionals with decades of experience in global health, medical supply chains, and pharmaceutical logistics.

Strengthening local healthcare systems, not competing

Magani is designed to fill critical gaps, not replace or compete with local pharmacies or supply chains. We work alongside governments, hospitals, and local health actors to improve long-term medicine availability and advocate for sustainable healthcare solutions. Our ultimate goal is for patients to no longer need Magani because local systems provide the medications they require.
